About the role
a spa locker attendant will serve as the first point of contact for guests in the locker room area, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-oriented. The role involves maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked environment.
Location
los cabos resort & residences at costa palmas, located in la ribera, is situated on the eastern cape of baja california peninsula, offering a blend of luxurious living and adventure.
What you will do
greet guests warmly and guide them through the locker room facilities.
Respond to all guest interactions promptly, courteously, and professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction and comfort.
Uphold all four seasons policies, procedures, and spa standards.
Handle guest requests and inquiries with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special needs whenever possible.
Resolve guest concerns effectively and ensure a seamless spa experience.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure locker rooms are well-stocked at all times.
What you bring
fluency in spanish and english.
High school education or equivalent experience.
At least one year of experience in a similar position.
Two or more years of experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
Ability to work with all hotel systems and maintain a high attention to detail.
Understanding and ability to deliver high‑quality, luxury service standards.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Cross‑cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
Guest‑centric mindset and understanding of the importance of guest preferences.
