- bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- 2 to 5 yrs. Experience in supporting operations support using unix, informatica iics, bdm, apache nifi, rundeck scheduler, oracle database.
- strong oracle sql querying and optimizations
- unix scripting skills.
- experience working with incident management tool - esm-servicenow, remedy.
- experience working on google cloud / azure cloud environments.
- excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
*key competencies*
- has experience in the etl operations environment - in debugging etl/data issues and analysis, review experience.
- possesses general knowledge in client/server computing environment technologies.
- understands server operating systems.
- strong problem-solving skills.
- administrator experience in relevant operating systems is desirable.
- production supervisory experience.
- excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and dealing with a diverse group of stakeholders.

- itil certification (specially for incident management and problem management).
- good to have experience of supporting informatica, cloud eco systems.
- knowledge in power bi / power platforms.
- understanding & capabilities on automation.
