what you’ll do
* supporting the it organization in assuring the quality of it standard processes and procedures.
* reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
* liaising with internal teams (e.g., it system architects and service owners) to identify system requirements.
* working with operational teams to establish it support processes, standards, systems, and procedures.
* investigating the causes of non-conforming it operations and taking corrective actions.
* tracking quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
* developing and applying testing processes for new and existing it services to meet customer needs.
* creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
what is required
* bachelor\'s degree in computer science, it management or related fields
* more than 5 years of working experience in the it area.
* advanced english: spoken, written & reading.
* core tools knowledge is a plus.
* certifications in itil foundation and cobit are a plus.
