we're looking for a hands-on operations specialist (m/f/d) to join our growing remote team and coordinate time-critical shipments around the globe.
your role
* manage obc and time-critical transport requests from quotation to delivery
* communicate directly with couriers, clients, and airline partners
* monitor ongoing shipments and proactively solve issues in real time
* work on a shift-based schedule to support our 24/7 global operations
* support in optimizing workflows and expanding our courier network
what we're looking for
* experience in time-critical logistics
* strong communication and organizational skills
* high attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* comfort working in a shift-based, 24/7 environment
* fluent in english and spanish
* based in mexico
