Service excellence analyst – querétaro

As a service excellence analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring strong governance, reliable performance tracking, and the successful execution of continuous improvement initiatives aligned with wk kellogg co principles. Your work will help teams deliver sustainable results, strengthen problem‑solving capabilities, and foster a culture of innovation.
key responsibilities
* enable operational excellence: support operations sessions by ensuring sla, kpi, and performance data availability, aligned with kws/kiws frameworks, ogsm, dshs, and monthly operating results.
* manage digital performance tools: own and manage power apps for performance metrics and kpis, including updates, enhancements, and issue resolution in partnership with it.
* lead continuous improvement execution: guide end‑to‑end process reviews to identify gaps and ci opportunities; support teams in defining action plans to address root causes.
* governance & performance tracking: maintain operational excellence dashboards, track deviations, elevate risks, and report progress to management to ensure sustainable outcomes.
* ci & innovation culture: support ci and innovation initiatives such as “i have a gr‑r‑great idea,” facilitate improvement sessions, and manage idea selection and progress reviews.
* training & standards deployment: prepare and deliver trainings related to standards, ci tools, and problem‑solving methodologies.
* project support: act as project manager for assigned initiatives, ensuring action plan definition, follow‑up, and delivery.
* stakeholder engagement: build strong cross‑functional relationships, positively influence change, and benchmark external best practices to identify new opportunities.
qualifications
must have
* bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
* fluent english (spoken, written, and listening) and able to lead discussions and presentations with native speakers.
* experience working in cross‑functional teams.
* strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
nice to have
* lean manufacturing certification (or in progress).
* experience in project management and execution follow‑up.
* hands‑on experience with problem‑solving methodologies and root cause analysis.
* experience with value stream mapping (vsm).
* knowledge of lean and continuous improvement tools.
