Your Key Responsibilities
Coordinate import and export operations via air, land, and sea.
Prepare all customs documentation for import and export processes.
Coordinate customs clearance with customs brokers and carriers. Review HTS codes for materials and non-customs regulations.
Review COVE, electronic documents, and customs declarations. Draft instruction letters for customs brokers.
Verify paid duties and commercial documents.
Track shipments from origin to final destination. Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
Coordinate pickups with various carriers (according to Incoterms).
Conduct internal audits of monthly operations.
Generate monthly KPIs.
Provide daily and weekly arrival schedules.
Your Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, or a related field
Experience: 1–2 years
English Level: Advanced
Required Knowledge: Import and export processes, logistics, transportation, customs law, free trade agreements, Official Mexican Standards (NOMs), and non-tariff regulations and restrictions
