In this role you will be negotiating resolutions for accounts that are 5-59 days past due. Provides customer service by adhering to a call plan and by demonstrating nmac/ifs core values. Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.a day in the life: stays available to receive outbound and inbound phone calls on delinquent accounts, resolving delinquencies by negotiating payment arrangements that will benefit both nmac/ifs and consumer. Researches and finds a solution for customer´s disputes, questions and concerns related to the account status and delinquency.maintains standard delinquency percentages and clearance ratios for individual portfolios, thereby achieving standard scores on quality assurance phone monitors.
