key responsibilities:
- ensure the timely, accurate, and compliant handling of legal correspondence within the client organization.
- investigate and resolve cases where legal mail lacks a clear point of contact, determining the correct routing.
- collaborate closely with stakeholders and business units to ensure proper distribution of legal mail.
- work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, coordinating with internal legal partners, external counsel, and vendor teams.
- drive operational excellence and implement process improvements across the legal mail program.
- promote stakeholder engagement and alignment to enhance program efficiency and compliance.
requirements: - motivated to learn and grow into a pmo role - advanced english proficiency (mandatory). - solid understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and processes (mandatory). - experience in legal operations, compliance, or related fields within a regulated environment (mandatory). - stakeholder management abilities (mandatory). - self-starter with a proactive, action-oriented approach to problem-solving.
