The ethos analyst leads the ethics and compliance program execution and evolution globally, providing general support on four levers: awareness, case management, governance and guidelines to build an ethical culture for everyone everywhere.
*main responsibilities*:
- awareness: coordinate design, execution, and follow-up of communication campaigns to showcase ethos program and foster the use of ethosline.
support cemex university to build learning programs focused on ethical behaviors and specific learning pathways.
- case management: reception and distribution of worldwide reports to corresponding local committee (27) or specific corporate functional areas for investigation based on the official dissemination protocol.
build quarterly reports for specific stakeholders (audit, ethos group, global ethics and compliance committee).
coordinate training sessions for local ethos administrators and local committee members on relevant topics.
- governance: ensure local committees have representation of each of the compliant functional areas.
coordinate new investigation protocols for specific primary issues and make sure our protocols are always up to date (investigation, report management, consequences)
- guidelines: coordinate the design, execution and follow-up of our code of ethics and business conduct upgrade.
