responsibilities
* collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
* translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, workflows, and process maps
* evaluate current business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend salesforce-based improvements
* document and map end-to-end business processes and workflows within salesforce
* assist in developing and executing test plans to validate system functionality and performance
* ensure data integrity and solution compliance with business requirements
* serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and expectation alignment
* conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users on salesforce functionalities
requirements
* experience in salesforce consulting with 3+ years in business analysis
* proven expertise in salesforce sales cloud, service cloud, and community cloud
* strong knowledge of salesforce platform including salesforce cpq and configuration
* ability to analyze and document complex business processes and workflows
* effective communication skills to liaise between technical and business teams
* experience in developing and executing test plans
* detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and solution compliance
* strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* english proficiency at b2+ level
