As the lead of the marketing department, you will oversee all communications, public relations, and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
**Responsibilities**
- Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
- Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
- Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings
- Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns
- Assist with website management and ensure content is up to date
- Content videos - keep the library up to date
- Content blogs - keep the library up to date
- Create content & schedule social media posts
- Infographics
- Newsletters & off-market deals through Mailchimp
- Manage monthly lead breakdown reports
- Manage YouTube channel
- Overlook monthly SEO reporting
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years proven Experience in similar roles
- Bachelors in Marketing, Communication, Business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in promoting multiple lines of business
- Strong creativity
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Real estate knowledge considered a plus
Employment Type: Full-time, 8am to 5pm, Weekends off.
Proposed Salary: 2280 - 3200 USD a month based on experience.
