We are hiring a
data quality manager
to lead the migration from informatica idq to databricks and mentor a junior developer based in nogales, sonora, mexico. Candidates must have a hands-on databricks expertise including development to manage and lead these teams. This role is critical to modernizing the enterprise data stack and rolling out microsoft purview with unity catalog integration.
key requirements:
* proven leadership in data quality and master data management (mdm)
* strong hands-on development experience with databricks for data quality use cases
* experience with microsoft purview, unity catalog, and/or sap mdg
* background in leading global teams in the us, mexico, and offshore
* fluent spanish speaker with excellent communication skills
