We are looking for a digital marketing coordinator with a strategic, proactive, and results-oriented profile to lead our digital platforms and acquisition campaigns as a true driver of sales, bookings, and business growth.
this role is key to the business and will work directly with the marketing, image & experience director, the design coordinator, the webmaster, and the sales manager.
important: this position does not require programming. The focus is 100% on strategy, optimization, analysis, and coordination.
main responsibilities
1. Websites and digital experience
* manage and optimize the websites in coordination with the design coordinator and webmaster.
* lead website redesign and continuous improvement projects, coordinating designers and external vendors.
* ensure websites function properly in terms of speed, security, mobile optimization, and integrations.
* optimize user experience (ux) and conversion flows (leads, bookings, and sales).
* implement and manage digital analytics tools such as google analytics, search console, and tag manager.
2. Seo – organic positioning
* define and implement on-page and off-page seo strategies.
* optimize content, site structure, keywords, and technical aspects in coordination with the webmaster.
* monitor search rankings, organic traffic, and optimization opportunities.
* coordinate content creation and optimization focused on organic search performance.
3. Sem – digital advertising
* plan, execute, and optimize google ads and other paid advertising campaigns.
* define budgets, audiences, keywords, and messaging aligned with commercial goals.
* monitor key kpis such as cpa, roas, and conversions, proposing continuous improvements.
* run campaigns by season and offer type, including:
* christmas
* new year
* valentine's day
* special retreats
* hotel promotions
* experiences
* gift cards
4. Email marketing and automation
* design strategies to grow, manage, and segment the crm database.
* execute promotional, informational, and automated email marketing campaigns.
* implement automated flows such as:
* welcome sequences
* nurturing campaigns
* remarketing
* post-stay communication
* analyze metrics such as open rates, ctr, conversions, and sales to optimize performance.
5. Additional responsibilities
* support the digital content strategy alongside social media and branding teams.
* provide digital support for launches, promotions, and special campaigns.
* ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
* stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools.
* collaborate with sales, reservations, and operations teams to align commercial objectives.
initial priorities for the role
within the first few months, the coordinator is expected to:
* lead the website redesign and optimization strategy, focusing on ux, seo, performance, and conversion.
* conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking (local and international) within tourism, wellness, and lifestyle industries.
* define improvements in conversion flows, landing pages, and calls-to-action to increase bookings and lead quality.
* design and execute a crm database growth strategy, including segmentation and audience insights.
* develop a comprehensive sem strategy, managing budgets, campaigns, a/b testing, and continuous optimization based on data.
we are looking for someone who has already led similar projects and can bring a clear vision, structure, and modern digital marketing best practices.
ideal candidate profile
education
* bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing, digital design, or a related field
experience
* 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
* proven experience with websites, seo, sem, and email marketing
* experience coordinating website redesign or optimization projects (no programming required)
technical knowledge
* cms platforms (wordpress or similar)
* google analytics, google ads, search console, tag manager
* seo tools (semrush, ahrefs, screaming frog, or similar)
* email marketing platforms (mailchimp, klaviyo, hubspot, or similar)
* ux/ui and conversion optimization principles
* basic knowledge of adobe illustrator and photoshop
