Us benefits advisor (account manager - remote)we're looking for an us benefits advisor with broker-side employee benefits experience who thrives in a client-facing role and is confident explaining benefits to hr leaders, executives, and employees in a fully remote environment. Schedule: full-time | monday–friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (mexico city) | remote what you'll do · serve as the primary virtual point of contact for assigned employer groups, delivering white-glove service. · build and maintain trusted relationships with hr leaders, executives, and employees via video calls, phone, and email. · lead virtual employee meetings, open enrollments, and benefits education sessions. · handle client inquiries related to benefits, billing, claims, eligibility, and enrollment with urgency and accuracy. · manage renewals and quoting, including data collection, rfps/rfqs, plan comparisons, contribution modeling, and renewal presentations. · support clients across funding strategies (fully insured, level-funded, self-funded). · ensure compliance with aca, erisa, cobra, hipaa, and transparency regulations. · coordinate with carriers, tpas, pbms, and general agents to resolve issues and improve client outcomes. · manage virtual enrollment platforms (e.g., employee navigator) and support employee life events. · maintain accurate documentation in crm/ams systems and stay current on industry trends. What we're looking for · 2+ years of employee benefits account manager experience (broker-side or carrier environment required). · strong working knowledge of group benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability). · proven ability to communicate complex benefits concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. · high level of comfort in a client-facing, virtual role. · experience with enrollment platforms and crm/ams systems. · life & health insurance license preferred, not required. · advanced english required. Hr-only backgrounds without broker-side experience are not a fit for this role
