responsibilities the opportunity design and develop learning solutions for the techsales project to ensure the development of key skills and knowledge for assigned functions in latam, using proper instructional design methodology, coordinating with media production teams, and acting as the main contact with subject matter experts (smes) to ensure timely delivery of solutions for each scrum.

your impact as hr learning analyst, your responsibilities include:
design and validate proposed learning & development solutions for assigned functions, ensuring input from business experts, outside consultants, and functional leaders (smes) as needed.
providing service to all latam bu's (pmf, pbf, soco, caricam, and andean) in scrums conforming to pi, impacting over 35,000 sales employees.develop l&d solutions and content (objectives, activities, curricula, storyboards, etc.)
based on business and learner needs.ensure proper learning methodology, applying the instructional design model, and validate completion at each phase.contribute to project governance and program management activities.track development and production timelines, escalating risks to support stakeholders and meet slas.define and document kpis to measure and assess the effectiveness of learning solutions.update the learning knowledge base with new, updated, or deprecated content.lead train-the-trainers sessions and ensure effective knowledge transfer within this scope.qualifications¿who are we looking for? Bachelor's in humanities, preferably education.languages: fluent in english & spanish.over 2 years of experience in learning methodologies, instructional design, and learning strategies.strong collaboration skills in virtual environments.project management and leadership skills.negotiation & communication skills.creative problem-solving ability.self-starter and self-managed.structured thinking and design thinking skills.consultancy skills (interviewing, focus groups, data analysis, summarization, etc.
