the opportunity
this role is responsible for data analysis, reporting, and documentation of strategic initiatives that improve the operational execution of global reward programs as well as enhance the client experience with these programs.
the role involves collecting requirements, understanding scope, prioritizing demands, conducting client surveys to identify opportunities, and measuring transformation impact.
your impact
as compensation specialist, your responsibilities include:
1. reviewing compensation packages, analyzing, and proposing recommendations based on market trends.
2. maintaining policy documentation.
3. analyzing and reporting on compensation data to support strategic decisions.
4. developing dashboards and reports to track reward program effectiveness.
5. ensuring data accuracy and integrity in compensation systems.
6. supporting global reward initiatives to improve operational execution.
7. conducting client surveys to identify improvement opportunities and measure impact.
8. collaborating with hr, finance, and tech teams to enhance processes.
9. providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
qualifications
who are we looking for?
* bachelor's degree is required.
* fluency in english.
* minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analytics.
* understanding of compensation survey data and benchmarking methodology.
* advanced microsoft excel skills, including linking worksheets, pivot tables, and nested functions.
* experience with hris systems and data maintenance.
