responsibilities
* found and lead your location: build neospaces in your city as an independent unit — operationally, strategically, commercially.
* be the brand on the ground: you are the face of neospaces in your market — to owners, family offices, asset managers, developers, and expanding brands.
* full entrepreneurial responsibility: revenue, profitability, growth, team — all yours.
* build your team: recruit, develop, and lead your own brokerage team.
* win and close mandates: across retail, office, f&b and hospitality, logistics and light industrial, and medical. You handle the major mandates personally.
* shape strategy: as franchise partner, you sit at the table when we decide where the group goes next.
requirements
* 5+ years in commercial real estate brokerage, with several years in a senior or leadership role
* proven closing track record and revenue responsibility
* a solid network in one of the german top 7 markets — owners, asset managers, family offices, developers
* deep understanding of your local market and at least one asset class (retail, office, logistics, hospitality, healthcare)
* true entrepreneurship — you don't want to be employed, you want to build your own thing
* willingness to take personal responsibility — financially, operationally, culturally
* affinity for technology and data-driven work — you see systems as leverage, not threat
* native-level german, business-fluent english
