what you'll do:
 * production support: troubleshooting issues on comparative rater vendor platforms and download to maintain seamless operations.
 * collaboration: working closely with distribution teams, it, and external vendors to align on solutions and improvements.
 * enhancements & development: driving service enhancements and supporting the launch of new products on the comparative rater and download platform.
 * download services: facilitating the delivery of policy transaction details to agents via their agency management systems, enabling effective customer service.
