About the role
we are seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team, responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients with high import/export potential. The ideal candidate will have strong hunter profiles and be results-driven, able to build and manage a robust sales pipeline using crm tools.
key responsibilities
* conduct weekly meetings with clients and prospects, both in-person and digitally.
* manage a personal portfolio, focusing on growth, retention, and cross-selling.
* prepare customized commercial proposals, including quotations and integrated solutions.
* negotiate and close deals with decision-makers, ensuring smooth service implementation.
* achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in usd and cargo volume.
requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in b2b sales within freight forwarding, with a proven track record.
* solid knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and road freight.
* strong closing skills, persuasive, and goal-oriented sales profile.
* primarily hunter (80%), consultative, with strong field presence.
* intermediate to advanced english, both written and spoken.
