job description
1. ensures effective hr processes by collaborating with hr operations regarding the full portfolio of hr-related services (e.g., payroll, hr data).
2. ensures employee data accuracy.
3. prepares monthly kpi reports and conducts data analysis.
4. maintains the quality and availability of audit/compliance records (e.g., compensation decisions, training certificates, exit interviews).
5. collects and communicates change requests to hro and coes to ensure effective hr it systems.
6. executes job evaluation based on local, country, or cooperation policies.
7. provides consulting on compensation policies, programs, benefits, and pensions to support business needs.
8. leads and facilitates the annual salary review process.
9. supports the implementation of fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation packages aligned with company strategy, business goals, and corporate values.
10. considers compensation policies, programs, and market benchmarking, including policies not covered at the country level.
11. ensures compensation practices comply with current legislation (e.g., pay equity, human rights).
12. uses various methods and techniques to make data-driven decisions on financial and non-financial compensation.
13. participates in salary and labor market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
14. supports coes in researching emerging trends, issues, and best practices.
15. ensures legal compliance with hr activities, including local employment/labor laws and legislation.
16. ensures compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g., affirmative action, eeo where applicable).
17. acts as the company representative with external parties (courts, fairs, local networks, authorities).
18. provides advice and support to hr staff on hr activities, including labor and employee relations.
19. performs the location-specific labor relations strategy.
20. advises, coordinates, and communicates local labor strategies and initiatives derived from corporate and country strategies, presenting results to location management.
qualifications
1. bachelor's degree.
2. proficiency in english.
3. experience in:
* kpi reporting
* data analysis
* compensation policies, programs, and benefits
* similar hr positions
1. knowledge of:
* power bi
* advanced excel skills
