As a Technical Support Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our IT infrastructure and end-user devices at the site are performing to global standards. You\'ll be a key point of contact for on-site technical support, assist in regional/global IT project rollouts, and help maintain compliance with Johnson Matthey’s global IT policies. Your work will contribute directly to the productivity of our teams and the smooth operation of our digital environment.
Role
As Technical Support Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:
- Providing on-site IT support for infrastructure, hardware, and end-user devices to ensure performance meets business expectations.
- Managing the procurement and lifecycle of IT assets including laptops, mobile phones, printers, and peripherals.
- Ensuring all support activity aligns with global JMIT policies and contributing to infrastructure resilience through hardware maintenance and hands-on operational duties.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or infrastructure role
- Experience with Windows 7/10, Office 365, mobile technologies, DNS/DHCP, and IT hardware such as printers, laptops, and switches.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and remote IT teams.
- A customer-focused mindset and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer

Parameterize in Asset Control and Murex the necessary Market Data required. Specifically, we refer to Rate Curves, Credit Curves, Volatilities, Repo Margin Equity. Structure of the tree of nodes and portfolios in Murex. Configuration of permissions at group level in Murex. 2. Static data configuration and settings in Murex. 3. Manual price loading in systems. 4. Price upload controls between AC and Murex, also called price reconciliation between the Asset system and Murex. Monitoring of each of the files, analysis and resolution to allow automatic loading. 5. Price certification controls in Asset Control for subsequent submission to other systems. 6. Remote access control of users to portfolios in the Murex system. Data Quality - Securities & Market Data Ø Elaboration and monitoring of controls and reconciliations to ensure data quality. Ø Coordination, analysis, and monitoring of the resolution of possible errors. Ø Coordination and monitoring of action plans to ensure the proper functioning of the systems and compliance with the SLAs. Ability to propose improvements in processes. Ø Ensure effective communication and escalation of incidents and preparation of periodic reports.

You might be at a customer site hands on with troubleshooting, or you are maybe working in the office helping out parts sales team with technical advice or in a meeting with important customers providing technical guiding on their Siemens-Energy delivered equipment.
How You\'ll Make an Impact
- Provide Technical support to Customers and Siemens Energy FSR\'s.
- Participate in technical meetings with customers and sub-suppliers.
- Assist in technical sales and sales support, reading and understanding technical specifications.
- Document solutions through drawings, specifications or reports.
- Give advice and technical assistance when needed to other Siemens Energy departments.
What You Bring
- Mechanical Engineering College degree or equivalent education.
- Practical experience with Gas Turbines and other equipment for minimum 3 years.
- Good Spanish and English skills, both in written and orally.
- Good knowledge with LM gas turbines (core turbine and packages).
- Be able to work independently and structured in a hectic environment.
