Corporate talent acquisition leader

Talent acquisition leader are you a strategic leader in talent attraction? This opportunity is for you! At amstar, we are looking for a talent acquisition leader to lead our comprehensive talent attraction strategy and transform the way we build high-performance teams. Your mission: lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and operations through strategic workforce planning, innovative sourcing methodologies, recruitment process optimization, and continuous expansion of attraction channels. You will partner with business leaders and hr teams to attract, assess, and secure top talent that aligns with our organizational culture and drives business objectives while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and measurable recruitment outcomes. Key responsibilities: develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives design and implement innovative multi-channel sourcing strategies and build robust talent pipelines lead, develop, and inspire the ta team toward a high-performance culture manage early career and trainee programs to build a sustainable pipeline of future leaders drive employer branding, candidate experience, and dei initiatives in recruitment establish and monitor ta kpis, analytics, and reporting for data-driven decisions optimize budget and manage external recruitment vendors what we're looking for: education: bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field experience: minimum 7 years of talent acquisition experience minimum 2 years in ta leader or similar positions knowledge and experience in dmc operations, hospitality, or hr consulting (preferred) technical knowledge: expert knowledge of full-cycle recruitment methodologies advanced proficiency in ats/hris systems (workday, successfactors, or similar) strong understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics proficiency in sourcing tools (linkedin recruiter, boolean search, etc.) Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements skills: strategic thinking and business acumen change management and innovation mindset strong stakeholder management and influencing skills team leadership and talent development capabilities data-driven decision making excellent communication and presentation skills cultural awareness and dei commitment project management capabilities adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments tools: proficient in microsoft office (excel, outlook, powerpoint, word) computrabajo linkedin recruiter languages: fluent in spoken and written english and spanish - bilingual why amstar?
