Overview The Technical Support and Services Technician will be a main point of contact for IT issues as they come into our help desk. The Technical Support and Services Technician is responsible for having strong customer service skills and will act as the front line answering all technical related questions in a timely manner.
Shifts SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
STARTING RATE: $60,000 MXN
Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or via email.
Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic techniques and ask pertinent questions to the internal customer.
Provide remote support and software loading for handheld and tablet technology tools.
