As Sr. Manager of Brand Marketing for Mexico and LATAM, you will drive and evolve our regional brand strategy with a focus on performance, innovation, and consumer connection. Reporting to the Director of Marketing for LATAM, you will lead the Mexico go-to-market plan, align seasonal strategies with business objectives, and provide strategic brand guidance across LATAM. This high-impact role aims to increase brand awareness, deepen consumer affinity, and deliver high-performing 360 campaigns across all touchpoints.
Your Impact
- Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Lead seasonal marketing plans for Mexico rooted in the 5-Year Plan (5YP); define seasonal KPIs linked to growth targets.
- Collaborate with LATAM Marketing Director to craft and roll out regional Brand Strategy; use Mexico as the blueprint for other markets.
- Translate global/regional brand priorities into country-level actions and timelines; ensure early alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Campaign Excellence & Execution
- Build and execute integrated 360 campaigns in Mexico across digital, social, retail, experiential, and PR; ensure consistency, relevance, and performance impact.
- Guide local teams and agencies to resonate with core target: 16-24-year-old teams sport athlete.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance
- Partner with category, sales, and retail teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and sell-through.
- Ensure visibility and buy-in across global, AMS, and local stakeholders via clear timelines, briefs, and updates.
- Act as central point of contact for Mexico cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and best-practice sharing.
- Performance & Optimization
- Own budget management for Mexico marketing activities; drive efficiencies and measure ROI.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance; apply insights to future initiatives.
- Build a performance dashboard and report KPIs, consumer engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
Essential Duties Include
- Own and manage the annual marketing calendar for Mexico with LATAM alignment.
- Oversee seasonal campaign briefings, asset needs, and GTM toolkits with agency and cross-functional partners.
- Identify opportunities to scale Mexico initiatives across priority LATAM markets.
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset to improve impact and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8–10 years of progressive brand marketing experience with a track record in integrated campaigns.
- Experience in sportswear, consumer goods, retail, or youth lifestyle categories preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agency partners.
- Proven success in performance-driven marketing with measurable impact on awareness, engagement, and conversion.
