Experience: 4+ years of hands‑on Workday Reporting experience
Language: English B2+
Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, and Composite)
* Develop complex calculated fields and reporting logic
* Use Workday Prism Analytics to source, blend, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources
* Support financial and payroll reporting, ensuring accuracy and usability
* Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions
* Proactively analyze reporting requests to ensure the right solution is delivered
* Validate data accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies
* Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and governance standards
* Identify opportunities for reporting efficiency, automation, and improved data visibility
* Support ad‑hoc and ongoing operational reporting needs
Requirements
* 4+ years of hands‑on Workday Reporting experience
* Workday Financials Reporting Analyst
* Deep expertise in Composite Reporting and advanced report development
* Strong experience with Workday Prism Analytics
* Experience supporting financial and/or payroll reporting
Preferred
* Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
* Workday Certification in Reporting and/or Prism Analytics
