key responsibilities
* policy execution: implement and communicate warranty policies (aligned with aftersales director's strategy).
* claims management: process dealer/customer claims, ensuring compliance with timelines and documentation.
* data analysis: track claim trends and report recurring issues to qa/engineering teams.
* audit support: maintain accurate records for internal/external audits.
* dealer training: collaborate with head of technical support to train dealers on warranty processes.
* escalations: resolve complex warranty disputes (escalated by service centers).
requirements
* 3+ years in warranty roles (oem/ev preferred).
* analytical mindset, proficiency in warranty software.
* english fluency; mandarin a plus.
