client support executive
we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented client support executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage account applications, handle client communications, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
key responsibilities
* review and progress account applications to full sign-off according to internal procedures.
* proactively request and verify client id and proof of address documentation.
* translate documentation as needed and liaise with kyc teams to expedite approvals.
* handle client queries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
* maintain clear communication with operations, account management, and business development teams regarding key client updates.
* efficiently manage workflow in the crm, balancing independent tasks with team objectives.
* adapt communication across multiple platforms with cultural awareness and professionalism.
requirements
* fluent in english, portuguese, and spanish.
* strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
* experience with crm systems and client account management is a plus.
