We're looking for a strategic and data-driven professional to join out team as an Aftersales Business Developement Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional enviroments, enjoys working with distributors, and is passionate about driving commercial growth and customer loyalty throught smart execution.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize Aftersales reporting by analyzing data quality, developing KPI tracking methodologies, and delivering insights to support strategic decision making.
- Coordinate and document National Aftersales Committee sessions, ensuring follow up on strategic actions.
- Execute commercial initiatives to develop new business opportunities, aligning strategies with the dealer network and monitoring implementation.
- Lead fleet related commercial initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives across the network.
- Analyze pricing competitiveness for parts and services, evaluating market data and proposing adjustments to improve profitability.
- Manage service packages and promotional campaigns in collaboration with dealers to boost sales of parts and maintenance services.
- Oversee Aftersales budget execution, applying financial optimization strategies and coordinating with operational teams to meet financial goals without compromising customer experience.
- Develop CRM and relationship marketing tactics with internal teams and dealers to strengthen customer loyalty.
- Implement process standardization initiatives in auto body & paint operations, establishing performance indicators and monitoring collision business results.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 3 5 years of experience in aftersales, commercial strategy, CRM, or financial analysis
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
- Experience working with dealer networks or multi site operations
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Solid understanding of KPIs, pricing strategies, and customer loyalty programs
- Excellent communication and cross functional coordination skills
- Strategic mindset with hands on execution capabilities
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
