what you will do:
* coordinate the transfer of new products from laboratory scale to industrial production, assessing costs and quality impact.
* participate in investigations to identify and correct faults occurring in the technological process.
* develop work instructions for equipment newly introduced into the production flow.
* collaborate with the maintenance department to modify or integrate new devices into existing installations.
* ensure commissioning and handover of new machinery or production lines to the production, mechanical, and electrical departments.
* suggest solutions to optimise technological processes and improve equipment performance.
minimum qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in chemical
* 2 years of experience in a chemical, food, or related manufacturing environment
* fluent romanian and english language skills
* good organisational skills
