job responsibilities
* oversees day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound receiving, storage management, order picking, packing, and outbound dispatch
* ensures cargo is handled, labeled, and stored correctly in accordance with company policies and industry regulations
* collaborates with freight forwarding, logistics, and transportation teams to guarantee accurate and on-time deliveries
* tracks inventory levels, performs routine stock audits, and maintains precise warehouse documentation
* compiles operational reports covering inventory status, damages, and any shipment variances
