SKILLS:
SAP SD OTC
• 15 + years industry experience SAP Order to Cash experience in Lead roles
• Knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution.
• Must have knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE implementation methodology
• Use of Solution Manager as a part of implementation life cycle is desirable
• SAP Certification in SAP SD or S4HANA Order to Cash is preferred
• Expertise across SAP Industry solution with focus on Order to Cash is preferred
• Experience in managing project specific teams/sub-teams is an added advantage
• Independently handle large implementation projects with focus on Order to Cash with strong skills on Sales Order Management, Variant Configuration, Pricing and Conditions, Advanced Availability Check, Output / BRF+ Determination, Delivery and Shipment Processing, Billing Processing, Condition Contracts and Settlement Management
• Should have fair understanding of SAP S4HANA capabilities and solution scope.
• Hands on experience across SAP industry solutions is preferred
• Should be good with documentation and general Office tools
• Should have excellent communication suitable for leading customer facing engagements
• Should be able to articulate business requirements and propose solutions
• Lead and guide customers on various SAP Solutions focusing on Order to Cash area
• Being a part of project implementations in both classical and Agile modes
• Lead pre-sales, customer demos, Solution roadmaps, Customer POCs/POVs
• Lead in-house initiatives and focus groups to create knowledge assets and services
• Leading the team that are assigned to, in functional capacity, adding value to the project and to the final deliverables
• Be actively involved in the preparation, exploration, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops / meetings with internal and external clients
• Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems
• Delivering the outcome that meets the customer requirements & expectations
