responsibilities
* receive, inspect, and store goods according to company procedures and peps/fifo methodology.
* process orders and replenishment for kitchen, bar, and service areas.
* maintain accurate inventory records using company software (e.g., todo control, soft restaurant).
* coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and handling of invoices.
* perform periodic physical counts, weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly, and reconcile discrepancies.
* ensure proper storage conditions for perishable items, following food safety and hygiene standards.
qualifications
* minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel warehouse setting (restaurant chains preferred).
* basic proficiency in excel and inventory management systems.
* strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
* knowledge of peps/ueps, food safety guidelines, and general hygiene practices.
* adaptable to shift work, including weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays.
