We are seeking an experienced *delivery manager* to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of it projects.
responsibilities
- direct end-to-end management of delivery engagements for teams of *+ ftes linked with high visibility and high-impact projects
- oversee the delivery across all stakeholders and ensure complicated engineering issues are efficiently handled
- guarantee the quality of design, code, and overall solutions
- facilitate mentoring and talent development programs specifically tailored for delivery leads and managers
- advocate, negotiate and implement the best engineering processes and practices
- drive engagements effectively to maintain high standards of delivery and customer satisfaction
- deliver on hard commitments and fixed timelines according to outcome-based setups
- handle customer escalations, contract issues, and team rotations seamlessly
*requirements*:
- minimum 8 years of experience in the it industry with at least 3 years in leadership roles such as delivery manager, team lead, or project manager
- proven ability to manage complex delivery engagements from inception to completion
- expertise in overseeing project delivery and managing stakeholder relationships
- proficiency in handling complex engineering problems and ensuring timely quality delivery
- experience with continuous delivery/deployment pipelines in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions
- skills in identifying customer needs and driving issues to closure
- strong capability to build and maintain a cohesive team environment
- competency in coaching and mentoring team members to understand customer needs and requirements
