a fast-growing regenerative medicine clinic in los cabos is looking for a high-performing sales manager to lead the conversion of international patients seeking advanced medical treatments.
this role is ideal for a strong closer with experience selling high-value healthcare services, who thrives in consultative sales and enjoys working with international clients from the united states and canada.
you will be responsible for guiding prospective patients through their decision-making process, building trust, and converting inquiries into confirmed treatments in one of the most innovative and rapidly growing fields in healthcare.
what you'll do
• manage and convert international patient inquiries into consultations and confirmed treatments.
• lead consultative conversations with prospective patients to understand their needs and explain treatment options.
• build trust and long-term relationships with patients from the united states and canada.
• work closely with the medical and marketing teams to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
• maintain strong follow-up processes to maximize conversion rates and patient experience.
• track performance metrics and continuously improve the sales funnel and closing rate.
who we're looking for
• proven experience in healthcare sales, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aesthetic medicine, wellness clinics, or medical tourism.
• strong consultative sales and closing skills, ideally in high-ticket services.
• experience working with international clients is highly valued.
• fluent conversational english is mandatory.
candidates who are not fully comfortable holding professional conversations in english with international patients will not be considered.
• highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
• comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
compensation & opportunity
• base salary: $70,000 mxn gross per month
• attractive commission structure based on closed treatments
