summary:
* $5.77 usd per hour ($12,000/year)
* 40 hours per week (you are expected to be on zoom the whole time)

* lead client-facing seo strategy by running meetings, communicating clearly, and building strong relationships with business owners
* perform in-depth seo audits and turn findings into clear, actionable plans that drive rankings, traffic, and conversions
* use ai tools (like claude) to build, document, and continuously improve seo systems, workflows, and automations

role (what you will do):
* run client zoom meetings and explain seo progress in simple terms
* perform website audits and identify issues/opportunities
* build seo action plans based on audit findings
* assign and track seo tasks for implementation
* optimize on-page seo (titles, meta descriptions, content updates)
* review and improve website structure and internal linking
* use ai (claude) to create sops, workflows, and systems
* monitor rankings, traffic, and key seo metrics weekly
* identify new keyword opportunities and content ideas
* continuously improve processes to make seo faster and more scalable
