summary of job purpose:
responsible for the administrative activities of the safran electronics and defense international office staff, equipment, supplies and other resources are used effectively and economically.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

- coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- manage phone calls and correspondence.
- create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.

Required competences:
education: high school diploma.

Experience: experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.

Certifications: n/a

languages: english 80% french fluent

skills and abilities: job knowledge:

- familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- excellent knowledge of ms office and office management software.

Leadership skills/management skills/personal skills:

- excellent communication.
- excellent organization.
- excellent customer service skills.
- multitask.
