*the role*:
you are a talent and hiring market expert and advisor.
hiring trends, data, and market expertise guide your decision-making and conversations.
you confidently lead through influence and act as a consultant and partner to guide and manage recruitment efforts for a wide range of roles, focusing particularly on the operational side, including positions like *customer service representatives and client success managers*.
additionally, this position will support the recruitment of key specialized positions across u.s.based business units.
*what you'll do*:
- advise leaders on hiring best practices, processes, market trends, talent funnels, pipelines, and areas of risk or concern.
- recruit high-volume requisitions utilizing multiple resources, ensuring an aggressive recruitment process while supporting company objectives.
- develop and maintain working relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to ensure a complete understanding of department hiring needs and successful recruitment efforts.
- support onboarding experience for new hires.
- assist with hiring processes related to accountants (zendesk).
- determine and create process improvements as needed.

- partnered with various business leaders and stakeholders to efficiently hire quality talent.
- held internal stakeholders accountable for the recruitment process and hiring best practices.
- consulted with leadership on fair and equitable hiring practices, recruitment trends, and market data.
- fluent in *english (b2 or c1 level)*.

- experience in *leadership*, including managing recruiters or sourcers.
