plant doctor responsibilities
* realizar valoraciones médicas, atenciones de urgencia y seguimiento de casos.
* elaborar expedientes clínicos conforme a la nom.
* participar en brigadas y comités de seguridad e higiene.
* gestionar incapacidades, riesgos de trabajo y canalización a servicios externos.
* ejecutar campañas de salud, vacunación y programas preventivos.
* supervisar botiquines, equipo médico y cumplimiento de normas (nom-030, nom-017, etc.).
* dar seguimiento a incidentes y apoyar investigaciones de accidentes laborales.
* reporte directo a gerencia de recursos humanos
qualifications
* licenciatura en medicina (título y cédula indispensables).
* deseable especialidad en medicina del trabajo o cursos afines.
* experiencia mínima de 3–5 años en planta industrial o área de salud ocupacional.
* conocimiento de normativa de stps e imss.
* manejo de primeros auxilios y emergencias médicas.
* disponibilidad para trabajar en planta y atención a turnos (según necesidad).
