In this role, you will impact the product development process by providing high-quality CAD designs that enhance product performance and manufacturability, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.

Create and maintain detailed CAD models and drawings for complex components and assemblies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Review and analyze designs for feasibility and compliance with regulations, standards, and client requirements.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
Mentor junior CAD Designers, providing guidance and support in design processes and software use.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Mechanical Engineering, Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in CAD design and drafting.
Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
Strong understanding of engineering principles and design standards.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality designs.
