Treasury specialist
key responsibilities
- monitor daily cash positions and forecast future cash needs to ensure operational liquidity.
- execute fx transactions and manage exposure to minimize financial risk.
- administer online banking platforms, manage access rights, and maintain system security.
- evaluate short-term investment opportunities and oversee borrowing strategies.
- coordinate with banks to negotiate credit terms and ensure covenant compliance.
- implement treasury policies and ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulations.
- prepare financial reports, analyze bank fees, and recommend cost-saving strategies.
qualifications
- education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- certified treasury professional (ctp) or certified public accountant (cpa) are highly valued.
- 3 years in treasury or corporate finance roles, with strong financial modeling skills.
