*responsibilities*
- performs product and process audits to ensure compliance with quality and functional requirements and specifications.
- supports portions of initiatives involving one or more functions and project teams to drive process improvement for products or process changes.
- collects, consolidates, and charts data from testing and process results for assigned portions of product and solution areas to identify trends and issues; learns and practices basic root-cause analysis.
- generates documentation in accordance with provided plan and detailed specifications, including budgets, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements.
- supports project communications, including creation of status reports and summaries, tracking escalations and resolutions of issues, coordinating stakeholder meetings and updates, and updating documentation.
- develops understanding of and relationships with internal project and manufacturing teams.
*education and experience required*
- bachelor's or master'sdegree in quality management, business management, engineering, computer sciences, or equivalent.
- typically 0-2 years experience.

- experience or understanding of data collection and analysis tools and software packages.
- good analytical, statistical and problem solving skills.
- basic understanding of industry and internal quality standards and methodologies.
- good written and verbal communication skills; mastery in english and local language.
