job description
* key responsibilities
* lead development of integrated access strategies for underserved populations across mexico.
* build business cases aligning health equity initiatives with commercial and esg priorities.
* collaborate cross-functionally to assess feasibility, roi, and sustainability of access programs.
* design and manage programs combining products with value-added components.
* define and track kpis including patient outcomes, reach, and social return on investment.
* establish strategic alliances with health authorities, ngos, and academic institutions.
* represent novartis mexico in key partnerships and health equity events.
essential requirements
* minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare access, health systems, or business administration roles.
* proven success in building and executing business cases for impact-driven programs.
* experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or development sectors, ideally in emerging markets.
* strong understanding of mexico’s healthcare system and access challenges.
* fieldwork experience in underserved communities across mexico is a strong advantage.
* professional proficiency in english and fluency in spanish.
desirable requirements
* experience engaging with esg frameworks and sustainability initiatives in healthcare.
* advanced degree in public health, health economics, or related field.
