This is a remote positionjob summarytherecruiting coordinatorwill be responsible and focused on facilitating the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, such as job postings, leading screening and interviewing logistics, tracking candidate progress in our recruiting systems, managing the pre-hire check process of candidates, and triaging and resolving issues. This is a remote position. Will require some travel throughout the year to attend training/team meetings.specific expected contributionsprovide qa and support for all jobs postings generated by hiring managerstrack the status of candidates in ats and move candidates through the recruiting processscreen applications from candidatesschedule candidate interviews with hiring managersdisposition candidates as needed and provide clear and timely communication of statuscoordinate pre-hire checks with candidatesassist or prepare correspondence as requestedtroubleshoot all issues in a timely fashionseek feedback on work and adjust accordingly, with an eye toward continuous improvementcommunicate with all parties involved with a service orientation in a way consistent withcompany culture and brandperform other related duties as assignedskillsworking understanding of talent acquisition/human resource principles, practices, andproceduresexcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesability to function well in a high-paced, repetitive, and at times stressful environmenthigh-detail orientation in all thingsproficient with microsoft office suite or related software including applicant tracking systems.excellent verbal and written communication skillsexcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsexcellent organizational skills and attention to detaileducationhigh school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferredexperience2+ years total experience in coordination of recruiting activities preferred.passion and experience for recruiting is a mustrecruiting or hr experience in hospitality/service industry or industry with field-basedoperations preferred.at marriott international, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
