The revenue cycle manager will collaborate with physicians, the svp of the revenue cycle, and other members of the management team to serve as a critical link between providers, payers, and patients. This position will directly oversee and manage the following roles:
- billers
- administrative staff and clerks.
*responsibilities*:
- supervising the revenue cycle department functions including collections, cash posting, and billing.
- assist providers, clinical support staff, and billing staff regarding documentation and coding requirements to support a complaint and accurate billing practice.
- overseeing the hiring and training of the staff.
- efficiently managing patient complaints concerning billing and collections.
- planning and structuring the department workflow and staffing.
- monitor all kpi's and improve automation workflow.
- maintain current and in-depth knowledge of government and third-party payer billing regulations and guidelines.
- coordinating with medical staff to ensure that charts are sealed on time.
- develop sop's and develop and oversee the training program.
- collaborate with the us-based counterpart.
- additional duties as assigned.

- bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, health care administration, or related field.
- proven experience in healthcare billing.
- sound knowledge of health insurance providers.
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- excellent customer service skills.
