As an associate analyst, build and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns for multiple clients. Drive client satisfaction by meeting or exceeding kpis through high-quality campaign execution, customer insight, data-driven analysis, and ongoing optimization.
responsibilities
* execute and support paid search and paid social campaigns, including account setup, campaign creation, strategy development, optimization, and management
* use reporting, analytics, and trend tools on a daily basis.
* campaign set-up: keyword development, audience development, ad copy creation & testing, creative testing, account set-up / audit, bid and budget management.
* effectively prioritize work to maximize results for clients.
* track and monitor reporting of campaign results daily/weekly/monthly, and prepare suggestions and optimizations for client discussion.
requirements
* 2-4 years of related paid media work experience.
* experience with managing campaigns within google and meta. Strong preference for tiktok experience.
* hands on experience in managing monthly campaign budgets and optimizing budgets across channels and campaigns.
* ecommerce experience is a strong plus.
* lead generation experience is a plus.
* google ads, ga4, and meta certifications are a plus.
* experience working in ga4.
* agency experience is a strong plus, with 2+ years of campaign management strongly preferred. Direct client management experience is a plus.
