we are seeking an organized and meticulous individual to support our team as a key administrative professional.
1. main responsibilities:
* manage, coordinate and prioritize the general manager's meetings, appointments, travel itinerary, and conference calls.
* prioritize and organize projects for the general manager.
* handle email and communication management for the general manager.
2. additional tasks:
* organize meetings, assignments, and transcribe minutes.
* coordinate travel and destination management of the general manager during business meetings and events.
* facilitate communication with external stakeholders and brand partners.
* manage projects, prepare letters and reports, and handle data entry as needed.
requirements:
* three (3) or more years of experience in an administrative role.
* strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
* ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* strong proficiency in written and spoken english, including excellent grammar and writing skills.
* superior communication and exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a professional demeanor, collaborative nature, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
