**Your Role**:
- As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our energy services — all while delivering an outstanding customer experience._
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer inbound calls professionally.
- Assist customers with billing questions, service inquiries, and account updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately.
- Follow company policies and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- Retain customers that want to cancel their service.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- No experience needed.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Positive, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
