About the Role
At Bloom Digitals, we don’t just deliver services—we build long-term partnerships with clients around the world. We’re looking for a mid-level Account Manager who is organized, proactive, and passionate about client satisfaction.
Your mission will be to act as a bridge between clients and our internal teams (designers and developers), ensuring project timelines are met, communication is fluid, and expectations are clear.This is a role for someone who thrives on coordination, communicates with empathy and clarity, and is ready to grow across the company into a client leadership role, not someone already in senior client strategy or executive management.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent communication, task management and service.
- Coordinate internal project teams across design, development, and motion graphics to ensure smooth delivery.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple projects.
- Document client feedback, decisions, and status updates clearly and consistently.
- Identify risks early and communicate solutions proactively.
- Deliver regular progress updates to clients in a structured, professional manner.
- Promote client satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationships.
Who We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in account coordination, client services, or digital project management.
- Solid understanding of digital project workflows—especially web development and graphic design.
- Excellent English communication skills (C1+), both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and task follow-up.
- Confident using tools like Wrike, Trello, Monday or similar task managers.
- Comfortable leading meetings, aligning expectations, and navigating feedback.
- Able to stay calm and constructive during tense or unclear moments between clients and teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience working remotely with international clients or multicultural teams.
- Basic knowledge of how WordPress or Webflow projects are structured.
- Basic knowledge of the Adobe Suite.
- Familiarity with how visual and brand guidelines impact design and content.
