key responsibilities:
* obtain an insurance license within 90 days of hire
* communicate with international students and advisors via phone, email or messaging platforms
* day-to-day support of insurance operations and other related tasks
* other duties may include marketing support and client services
requirements:
* bachelor's degree preferred but not required
* excellent communication and computer skills
* bilingual or advanced english proficiency; chinese/mandarin language skills are also highly valued
* ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
