Key sales executive position
as a sales executive, you will represent the organisation in face-to-face interactions with current and potential customers through the sales process. Achieving sales targets is essential for this role.
responsibilities:
* sales of products and services: sell all products and services to an existing customer base in a defined geographic territory, resulting in net incremental revenue.
* expansion of customer base: sell all fec products and services to non-fec customers within a defined geographic area, utilizing all available sales tactics to continually add new customers.
* lead generation: develops and implements a lead generation process that utilizes all fec resources to ensure a steady flow of quality leads, resulting in incremental revenue.
* sales work plan: develops and implements a sales work plan and schedule that ensures minimum attainment of all required sales activities, including sales calls, service calls, proposal presentation, trips, and other sales activities defined by management.
* territory intelligence system: develops and maintains a territory intelligence system that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, account information, marketplace, and industry information, competitive information, and other necessary data.
* customer problem resolution: handles and/or coordinates with station employees all customer problem resolution activities and ensures timely follow-up.
* sales reports: gathers, prepares, and submits all sales-related reports to the sales manager.
