We're looking for a Master Scheduler to lead production planning efforts in Nuevo Laredo, ensuring that manpower, machinery, and materials are aligned to meet customer demand and maximize efficiency.This role is critical to synchronizing supply chain activities with sales, engineering, and procurement strategies—driving performance across the full production cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic PlanningDevelop and maintain the Master Production PlanAlign material and capacity planning with demand forecasts, service level targets (PDSL, RDSL), and backlog metricsProduction CoordinationSchedule, monitor, and adjust production plans based on customer priorities and resource availabilityEnsure alignment with contractual commitmentsResource AllocationAssign personnel, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet production goalsOptimize throughput and minimize bottlenecksCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Procurement to validate plans and manage design changesCoordinate supplier transitions and material readinessEngineering Change ManagementMaintain accurate material orders for product families undergoing design updatesDefine effective and termination dates for modules and structuresLead Time AnalysisAssess material availability and determine extended lead time requirements for finished goodsPlanning Parameters OptimizationReview and update safety stock, kanban levels, and min/max thresholds to ensure supply continuityReporting & MetricsCompile and analyze production reports (volume, material usage, performance indicators) to support decision-makingTeam LeadershipMay lead and mentor production planning staffFoster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing scheduling and production planningBilingual: Fluent in English and SpanishStrong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)Advanced analytical skills to optimize plans across constraints (capacity, staffing, material availability)Highly organized, proactive, and goal-orientedStrong negotiation, teamwork, and time management abilitiesTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $40, $45,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
